NOVEMBER 12TH: Christine Kendall on RIDING CHANCE

Join us as we welcome Philly local Christine Kendall for the launch of her debut novel Riding Chance, named as a Junior Library Guild Selection.
Inspired by the Work to Ride program in Fairmount Park, Riding Chance tells the story of Troy, who is required to work at the local city stables after getting into trouble.  What he sees at first as a punishment becomes a passion, as he falls in love with riding and with polo. Laced with humor and beating with heartache, this novel will grip readers, pull them in quickly, and take them on an unforgettable ride.

Praise for RIDING CHANCE
"A worthwhile first outing; Kendall shows promise."
